CEO
Norman Keevil
Norman has over thirty years of experience managing the development and implementation of new technologies and special purpose machinery. His experience has covered all aspects of technology development from design through management and strategic business planning and has included technology in a broad range of industries from high tech clean room machinery to subsea and resource applications. During the last ten years, he has focused on clean energy and water treatment applications.
He served as the President of Valence (formally known as Boydel) starting in 2017 until moving into the CEO position in August 2022, and is very excited about the many opportunities for Valence to make a real and positive difference in our global water resources.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Teck Resources Ltd., a diversified mining and smelting company with operations throughout the Americas, Europe and Australia, and Lupaka Gold Corp, a gold exploration company.

Chief Operating Officer
Ryan Finch, BSc.
Throughout twelve years of field testing and operations, in wastewater applications across numerous industries around the globe, Ryan’s extensive experience in electrochemical wastewater treatment has been instrumental in the research, development, and commercialization of the Valence Water technologies (formally known as Boydel).
With an education in biology and chemistry from the University of British Columbia, Ryan also has a background in project management and operations in forestry, logistics, and civil construction. His diverse skill set and on-site experience have allowed him to excel in challenging applications.
Ryan has been involved in every commercial scale pilot project, permanent installation, and plant commissioning since Valence was established in 2008. His past and current work in the engineering, design, building and automation of the Valence WaterMiner® platforms, has been key in bringing products to market with successful operation, now and into the future.

Director of Engineering
Justin Alexander, P. Eng.
Justin brings over 15 years of engineering and product design experience to the Valence Water team.
He has worked in machine design, aviation, marine as well as consumer products.
Because no two wastewaters are the same, each system is designed to customer requirements. Justin leads the design team to ensure the success of each unique system.
Justin also works hand in hand with the R&D department to implement improvements across Valence's product line.

Sales and Customer Support
David Aylott
Since 1999 David has been involved in the waste and recycling business.
His experience ranges across nearly the full scale of industrial manufacturing, municipal waste management and especially focused in the food and beverage manufacturing sector in the US and Canada.
In the spring of 2022, David completed a milestone 1000th site walk of a manufacturer facility and in May of 2022, diverted his 1 billionth pound of material from landfills through recycling, reuse and reclamation processes.
David formally joined Valence Water in 2018 as a consultant.
In 2022 he came onboard the team as the sourcing expert, to support in helping manufactures and Valence customers who require the highest levels of expertise in making the most of what would otherwise be thrown away, in addition to the most comprehensive wastewater or sludge services available.
Controls Engineering and Data Specialist
Brad Wilke, P.Eng.
Brad is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience. Brad’s degree in Industrial Systems engineering has complimented his ability to apply cutting edge controls technology in mining, power generation, and water/wastewater treatment.
Brad has worked internationally in the surface mining industry, and has extensive experience in power generation and water/wastewater treatment in North America. Recent projects include supporting the commissioning of a 900MW combined cycle power plant, and a WaterMiner® system at a Canadian Forces Base.
Brad provides controls engineering and data management expertise at Valence. With experience with multiple brands of PLC and DCS control systems, wireless and wired telemetry, cybersecurity and data historians, there is not a system that Brad cannot integrate WaterMiner® and ReactorLink™. Brad excels at technical support and can work effectively with operators, engineers and IT staff.
